He is survived by: his wife Mary Fletcher Miller; his children, Richard Lee Miller, Jr. (Theresa) of Blacksville, Deborah Miller of Morgantown and Kathy Miller (Rob) of Waynesburg, PA; his siblings, Lloyd Miller of Jefferson, PA, James Miller of Jefferson, PA and Patty Celli of Jefferson, PA; his grandchildren, Chris Miller (Celine), Tyler Duke, Brittany Miller, Jamie Brummage (Aven) and Brittany Furr (Jon); and his great grandchildren, David, Anthony, Ryan and Myles.
