He is survived by: his parent Adelle Kuzmitsky (Stefancavage) of Brooklyn, NY; his wife June Kuzmitsky (Fetterman); his child Tamara; his wife Charlene Kuzmitsky of Pottsville; his grandchildren, Brittany Christiansen, James Cassarella III and Jenna Zaremba; his great grandchildren, Adelyn Christiansen, Fletcher Christiansen and James Cassarella IV; his sisters, Alice Mae Espada, Linda Mostowicz, Carol Rivas, Harriet Scimeme, Veronica White, Beverly Chierchio, Eleanor Stever and Roseann Guliano; and also Michael Kuzmitsky (Pamela) of Pottsville.
