We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Wilma Jean Owens in Bradford, Pennsylvania, born in Batavia, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Winifred A. Mangel-Cunningham (Hibbard) and Harold L. Mangel; her husband Kenneth C. Owens; and her siblings, Erma Hanson and Delbert Mangel.
She is survived by: her children, Wini Patrick of Amhurst, NY, Betsy Bellavia of Orchard Park, NY, Phyllis Richards of Bradford, Linda Mathys of Bradford, Phillip Richards of East Ford, CT and Bernard Richards of South Bridge, MA; and her brother Ronald Mangel of Gifford. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions if desired may be made to American Legion Post 108, or a charity of the donor's choice.
