He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oliver William and Hazel Ann Woodring (Cooper); his wife Carol I. Woodring (Ishman); his daughter Michelle Flynn (Timothy) of Bradford; his grandchildren, Andrew Flynn (Vicky Lopez Mideros) and Dawn Flynn; and his great grandchild Abigail Flynn Lopez.
