He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jean Lewellyn (Moore); his children, Shawna Cox of Bradford, Natasha Collier (Adam), Steven Cox of Bradford and Dennis Llewellyn (Jessie); and his siblings, Judith Brommit of Bradford, Keli Madigan of Warren, Larry Llewellyn and Shawn Llewellyn (Missy) of Bradford.
