She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester L. Vaughn and Elmira Vaughn (Adams); her husband Ray Kohler; her daughter Robin Weitzel; and her sisters, Betty Thrush, Connie Spittler and Mary Chase.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Frederick of Limestone, NY, John Sandy of Limestone, NY, David Frederick (Kayla) of Limestone, NY and Sherri Lapcevich (Jeff) of Grimsby; her stepchildren, John Kohler (Mim) of Mountain City, TN and Teri Baskett (Wayne) of Murfreesboro, TN.; and her grandchildren, Adam Weitzel, Brent Frederick, Cayden Lapcevich, Treyten Lapcevich, Ryden Lapcevich, Jayen Lapcevich, Sarea Foley, Michael Frederick, Serena Frederick, Kris Burgess, Kaylee Burgess and Britney Kohler. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
