He is survived by: his spouse Robyn L. Phillips (Black); his son Christopher L. Phillips of Bradford; his grandchildren, Kylee Phillips and Konnor Phillips; and his sister Norma Mann.

The family requests donations to Hill Memorial United Methodist Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
