He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy A. Harbaugh and Anna Rachael Harbaugh (Kroah); and his sister Carol Luzzi. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn L. Harbaugh (Bromley); his children, Kimberly Wells (Dana) and Kevin Harbaugh (Lisa) of Bradford; his grandchildren, Danielle Harbaugh, Kara McMurtrie (Jake), Evan Harbaugh, Justin Wells (Erin) and Brianna Wells; and his great grandchildren, Jackson McMurtrie, Hudson McMurtrie and Lincoln Gonzalez.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc. (33 South Ave, Bradford, PA 16701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the 9th Funeral Home South Ave.
