He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy C. and Ruth (Miller); and his brother James Perry Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Deborah L. Perry (Abbott); his sons, Thomas Perry (Michele Barber) of Rew and Jason Perry (Brandi Eliason) of Bradford; and his grandchildren, Matthew and Lauren.
