He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harry and Jennie Kelly; and his uncle Harry Kelly Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Barrett (Kelly) of Bradford; his brothers, Rick Barrett (Cindy) of Naples, FL and Todd Barrett (Kristin Zona) of Duke Center; his nieces and nephews, Blair Comes, Abby Johnson, Richard Barrett Jr. and Austin Barrett; and his aunts, Lois Newton and Ruby Bliemeister.
Steve was formerly employed at the Bradford Hospital, Perkins Restaurant, Bucks Pizza, Goodwill Industries, and prior to the pandemic he worked at Futures.
