He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Duane Bartlebaugh and Barbara Bartlebaugh (Gleason); his wife Shannon E. Bartlebaugh (McAndrew); his sons, Zach Bartlebaugh, Braxton and Brynnleigh O'Neil of Bradford; his siblings, Tammy O'Neil of Edinboro, Shelia Hiner (Calvin) of Rockingham, NC and Rick Bartlebaugh (Terri) of Wellsboro; and his siblings-in-law, Ashley McAndrew and Tim McCormick. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles and nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions if desired may be made to Hamlin Bank and Trust, 671 East Main Street, to help defray final expenses.
