She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Phillips (Mary) of Warren and Lori Charnisky (Chuck) of Bradford; and her grandchildren, Meghan Sayers (Chris), Sarah Phillips, Kristina Zimmerman (Nate Hershberger) and Nicholas Zimmerman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
