She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Trulick Jr. and Florence B. Trulick (Kaufman); and her husband Maynard "Pete" Burkhouse. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Kelly Burkhouse of Bemus Point, NY, Laurie Eck (Lance) of Billings, MT and Todd Burkhouse (Sandra) of Bradford; her grandchildren, Andrew Eck, Daniel Eck, Sarah Eck, Rebecca Eck, Samantha Burkhouse and Chelsea Burkhouse; and her siblings, Linda Trulick of Bradford and Larry Trulick of Smethport. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
