She is survived by: her husband William Thomas "Herbie" Vibbert; her daughters, Kelsi Wenner (Jimmy) of Smethport and Allison Skiver (Josh) of Bradford; her grandchildren, Isaac, Jett Wallace, Willow Vibbert and Ivy Skiver; and her brother Richard Edinger of James City.
