As Sandra departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Sandra may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Sandra leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Franklin and Doris Weaver Franklin; and her husband Angelo R. Matzner. She is survived by: her children, Joseph DeFilippo (Marian) of Las Vegas, NV, Jack DeFilippo of Erie, Joan Domenech-Louks (Bill) of Easley, SC and Robert Matzner (Terri) of Bradford; and her siblings, Darla Burgess (Leon) of Coleville and Frank Franklin (Kathy) of Russell. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
