He was predeceased by: his parents, Donnie Roy Dail and Florence Mercer Dail; his wife Margaret J. Evans (C. Margaret); his daughter Linda S. Dail; and his brother Robert Dail.
He is survived by: his brothers, Roger Dail of Easly, Rick Dail of Bryan and Mark K. Dail of Sarasota, FL; his children, Wendy L. Wilson and William E. Wilson of Levittown, PA; his grandsons, Ryan E. Wilson of Levittown, PA and Mathew W. Wilson; his daughter-in-law Lyra (Wilson); his granddaughter Jennifer L. Serafino; his grandson-in-law Dan A. Serafino; and his great grandchild Vincent J. Serafino (Isabella C. Serafino).
