He is survived by: his wife Sally A. Honhart (Hetrick); his pet Sammy; his daughters, Tammy Lynn True (Peter), Rhonda Courteau (Bruce) and Kelly Herbstritt (Richard); his grandchildren, Courtney, Katie Jo, Maverick, Jersey and Brock; his great grandchild Jaxon; and his sisters, Carol Osborne (George) of Bradford, Margaret Honhart of Bradford and Mary Amacher (late James) of Bradford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
