He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry M. Jarrett and Mary A. Jarrett; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his sons, James (Teresa McCoy) of Dublin, OH, Charles (Sarah) of Lynchburg, VA and Richard (Cathy) of Liverpool, NY; his grandchildren, William, Wesley (Charles), Leah and Evan (Richard); his stepgrandsons, Stephen and Brady Hypes (Teresa); and his stepgreat-granddaughters, Marin and Lydia (Stephen).
The family request that all visitors are required to wear a face mask.
