We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2021, at the age of 84, Richard J. Gatesman (Bradford, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Gatesman and Agnes Gatesman (Kane); his wife Carolyn Boulia; his sister Nancy Foster; and his grandson Andrew MacCabe.
He is survived by: his children, Judith MacCabe (Tom) of Richmond, VA, Monica Gatesman of Monroe, NC, Richard "John" Gatesman (Teresa) of The Woodlands, TX, David Gatesman of York, PA, Mathew Gatesman of Pittsburgh, PA and Stephen Gatesman (Toni) of Greenwood, AR.; and his sister Kathy Strohman of Altoona, PA. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions if desired may be made to, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or a charity of the donor's choice.
