He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Guth and Wilda Guth (Foster); and his brother Robert Guth. He is survived by: his spouse Karoll J. Nestor; his children, Karen Miskanin (Don) of Castle Rock, CO and Timothy P. Guth of Bradford, PA; his grandchildren, Alyssa Miskanin of Castle Rock, CO, Nicole Guth and Kyle Guth of Somerset, PA; his great grandchild Jensen Guth of Somerset, PA.; and his sisters, Marion Fulmer of Franklin, PA, Helen Bell of Cochranton, PA, Barbra Metz (Ed) of Utica, PA and Donna Dayton of Oil City, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
