He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Frederick and Eva Mae Burns (Platko). He is survived by: his children, Julie, Lisa Hoch (Tony) of Smethport and David Joseph Frederick of Bradford; the mother of his children Jerrie Ellen Strang (Burrnett) of Bradford; his grandchildren, Tyler Carlson, Samantha Coulter, Brandi Lyn Mealy, Ashley Hitchcock, Jesse Taylor and Sierra Taylor; and his siblings, Judy Dietz of Olean, Jan Wright of New York, Milton Frederick of Bradford, Charles "Skip" Frederick (Helen) of Lewis Run and Leonard Frederick Jr. of Bradford. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
