With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia J. Persichini in Bradford, Pennsylvania, born in Salamanca, New York, who passed away on January 24, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Koniak and Louise Koniak (Sowa); her husband Gerald "Jerry" Persichini; her grandchildren, Michael Torrey and Leighann Russell; and her brother Tony Koniak.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline "Jackie" Daugherty of Bradford, Karen Kervin (Don) of Bradford, Michele McCann (Scott) of Bradford, James Persichini (Jody) of Limestone, Michael Persichini (Edwardine) of Spring Hill, FL and Mark Persichini (DeAnn) of Bradford; and her grandchildren, Matthew Daugherty, Ashley Kervin, Trynity Winship, Wyatt McCann, Olivia Persichini, Alyssa Persichini and Carli Persichini. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
