He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Higgins and Mildred Higgins (Fleming); his wife Susan E. Higgins (Maley); and his son Jeffery Craig Higgins. He is survived by: his sons, Jay Higgins (Danielle) of Port Allegany and Justen Higgins (Tressa Neely) of Limestone, NY; his grandchildren, Xavier Higgins, Brittany Higgins, Brianna Higgins, Jaycob Higgins, Cayden Barrett, Carter Billyard and Cory Billyard; and his siblings, Barb Wilson (Ken) of Florida, Tony Higgins (Linda) of Kansas and George Higgins (Marion) of Adams, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
