He was predeceased by: his niece Sarah Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Bob Johnson and Marilyn Merkt Johnson of Bradford; his children, Nick Johnson of Lewis Run and Shannon Johnson (Eric Sisson) of Bradford; his siblings, Gregg Johnson (Evelyn) of The Woodlands, TX, Christine Moyer (Steven) of Bradford and Kelly Frisina of Bradford; and his grandchildren, Lennox Johnson, Lilly Johnson and Damian Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in his memory can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
