She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter L. and Mary R. Farrell (Hotelling); her husband Gerald B. Smith; her son Roger Smith; and her son-in-law Irwin Joe Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer A. Smith, David M. Smith (Debbie) of Bradford and Steven A. Smith (Andrea) of Piedmont, SC; her siblings, Carol M. Henke (late Fred) of Bradford, Janice E. Kaefer (Charlie) of Bradford and Walter J. Farrell (Connie) of Tyrone; her grandchildren, Joseph Smith, Jennifer Moshier, Tristan Smith and James Smith; and her great grandchildren, Hunter and Haylee Moshier.
