She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley A. Spetz and Lula Hensley (Haight); her husband Victor Hart; her stepfather Vernon C. "Buster" Hensley; her son Vern L. Hart; her granddaughter Kelsi Hart; her sister Shirley Reid; and her stepsister Terri Warfield.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Hart of Bradford, Dawn Pearce of Duke Center and David Hart of Ashville, NC; and her sister Lynne Spetz of Jamestown, NY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren.
