She is survived by: her children, Sharon Rose Zickefoose of Sarasota, FL, Jack Stuart Titus II (Mikey) of Jordan, NY and Connie Lee Johnson (John) of Derrick City; and her sister Barbara Ann Smith of Derrick City. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren.
