He was predeceased by: his parents, James Saar and Frances Ward Saar; his brother Dale Saar; and his son-in-law Dave Hallock. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Saar of Bradford; his children, Michaele Hale (Jeff) of Bradford, Lori Hallock of Bradford and Larry J. Saar (Katie) of Cyclone; his brother Gary Saar (Bev) of Mechanicsburg; and his grandchildren, Michael Tolin of Grove City, Dani Tolin of Bradford, Amber Hallock (Andrew Bailey) of Lewis Run, Ryane Saar (Austin Summers) of Washington, DC, Luke Saar (Daisy Smith) of Smethport and Keyanna Ludwig of Jacksonville Beach, FL. He is also survived by three great grandsons and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the West Branch Church (605 W Washington St, Bradford, PA 16701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
