She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Louk, and Lorraine Newman Louk, Jr.; her husband Larry "Chop" Frazier; and her brother Jim Louk. She is survived by: her son Shannon Louk of Bradford; her siblings, Doug Louk of Bradford and Darlene Louk of Bradford; her grandchildren, Lance Louk and Alyssa Louk; her great grandchild Savannah Louk; her niece Katrina Louk; and her great-niece Farrah Young.
