He was predeceased by: his sister Shirley Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Hoffman (Shindledecker); his children, Penny Cliber (Larry) of Smethport and John A. Hoffman (Kate) of Edmond, OK; his grandchildren, Zoey Hoffman, Jhon Hoffman (Kiley), Zachariah Hoffman, Emma Hoffman and Allison Hoffman; his great grandchild Grayson Hoffman; and his siblings, Betty Ann Hoffman of Martinsburg, Eugene Hoffman (Liz) of Claysburg and Barry Hoffman of Bedford.
Memorial contributions if desired may be made to Hilltop Baptist Church in Gifford.
