He was predeceased by: his mother Laura Blackwell; and his stepgrandmother Suellen Clark. He is survived by: his father John R., Jr.; his siblings, Cassidy Blackwell, Arianna Blackwell of Bradford, Eli Blackwell of Bradford and Raven Kellner; his grandfather John Blackwell (Alma) of Eldred; his stepgrandfather Tom Clark of Warren; and his aunts and uncles, Dianna, Beth, Kerri Ann, Josh, Sharon, Joel, Steve and Jim.
