She was predeceased by: her parents, Don D. Farrell and Celia Farrell (Frank); her husband Herman Grassi Jr.; and her brother Duane Farrell. She is survived by: her sons, Greg E. Grassi and Mark E. Grassi (Kelle) of Bradford; her grandchildren, Nathan Whitley-Grassi (Bryan) of Buffalo, NY, Jamie Grassi and Matthew Grassi of Bradford; her great grandchildren, Ava and Michael of Buffalo; her sister Rolena Mason of Limestone; her nephews, Michael, Don, Frank and Eric; and her niece Janine.
