He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey V Fegan and Bernice P. Fegan (Welch); his wife Patricia A Berry; and his brother John Fegan. He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine Askeland (Pete) of Loveland, CO and Colleen Nunez (Frank) of Southwick, MA; and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Zachary and Emilee. He is also survived by children's surrogate grandparents.
