He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Leininger, and Lennis Jones Leininger, Sr.; and his brother Donnie. He is survived by: his wife Eloise Leininger; his sons, Adam Fields, David Phillips, Sheridan Phillips and Doug Phillips (Ami); his grandchildren, Dakota Phillips (Kirstin), Samantha Phillips (Brent), Lucas Sisler and Chad Sisler; and his great grandchildren, Sophya, Gracelyn, Hunter, Rylynn and Madylinn.
