He is survived by: his wife Gloria Reynolds Holtz; his daughter Heidi (James Robbins); his granddaughter Danielle Miller; his stepdaughter Shelly Wilson; his stepgrandchildren, Ben, Bryce, Brinton and Tori; and his stepgreat-grandson Carter.
