He is survived by: his wife Helen Olshefski (Larson); his daughters, Shannon O'Toole (Dickson) and Dana Green (Dickson) of Bradford, PA.; his grandchildren, Casey O'Toole (Bethany O'Toole) of Shippenville, PA, Maigen (O'Toole), Phearsdorf (Colonel Adam Phearsdorf) of Howell, MI and Rachael Huff of Bradford, PA.; and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Anna, Emily, Abel and Adalie.
