He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Miller and Phyllis J. Miller (Stoddard); his wife Linda Miller (Cramer); his son David Eric Miller; and his grandson Andrew James Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Amber Smith of Bradford, Cheri Lockwood-Clark of Bradford and Gary Miller Jr. (Mary Jo) of Bradford; his siblings, Judy Miller of Ormsby and Stanley Miller (Lisa); and his father-in-law Fred Cramer. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
