She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Schwab and Bessie Piper Schwab; and her siblings, Ray Schwab, Virgil Schwab and Doris Bhe.

She is survived by: her sons, Neil Herzog, Jr. (Betty) of Kissimmee, FL and Bruce Herzog (Diane) of Bradford; her grandchildren, Greg Herzog, Lauren Herzog and Andrea France; and her great grandchild Jacob France. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in her memory can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
