She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace A. Carnahan Shunk (Atwell) and Lynnford S. Carnahan; and her husband Charles T. Rowe. She is survived by: her son Lynn Kevin (Bonnie); her grandson Stephen James Rowe of Milton, VT; and her close friend Debbie Rice of Bradford.
