He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Sr. Fitzpatrick and Gloria Fitzpatrick (Adams); his stepson Ernest Buddy Miller; and his siblings, Cynthia Frontino, Edith Fitzpatrick, Jeanetta McCalla and Robert Fitzpatrick.
He is survived by: his wife Sigrid Fitzpatrick (Stemmler); his daughter Tanja Fitzpatrick of Bradord; his stepsons, Shayne Miller and Richard Theodore Miller; his stepgrandson Buddy Devin Miller; and his siblings, Mary Fitzpatrick of Bradford, Geraldine Fitzpatrick, William F. Fitzpatrick Jr. of Bradford, Walter "John" Fitzpatrick of Custer City and Edward Fitzpatrick of Bradford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
