She was predeceased by: her father Michael E. Costello; and her brother Douglas Costello. She is survived by: her mother Mary Costello (Zamberlan) of Bradford; her siblings, Kelly Costello of Bradford, Michele Kelly of Bradford, Kathryn Smith of Wenonah, NJ, Julie Costello of Atlanta, Robert Costello (Terri) of Bradford and Terrance Costello (Cindy) of Boston, NY; and her uncle Robert Zamberlan (Marla) of Glen Burnie, MD. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, 3 great nieces and nephews.
