He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice A. Crisman and Mary Jane Crisman (Evans). He is survived by: his siblings, Susan L. Curley (Stephen) of Pennsburg, Melissa Crisman of Leesburg, VA, Jennifer A. Morrison of Port Allegany, Kerry Crisman (Cindy) of Smethport and Craig E. Crisman of Mt. Jewett; and his uncle Forrest E. "Gene" Crisman (Phyllis) of Sun City, FL. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, several grand nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
Memorial contributions if desired may be made to American Heart Association, or a charity of the donor's choice.
