He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Felmlee and Ida Mae Reed (Henderson); his stepfather Kenneth L Reed; and his wife Deanna "Tippy" Felmlee (Rouse). He is survived by: his close friend Carol Milne; his children, Jody Locke of Bradford and James Felmlee of Bradford; and his sister Debbie Phillips of Erie.
