He is survived by: his son David Bartlett of Jamestown, NY; and his siblings, Susie Ostrum (Craig) of Bradford, Peggy Bartlett of Bradford, Steve Bartlett (Judy) of Bradford and Andy Bartlett of Denver, CO.
