He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar C. Swanson and Margaret Swanson (Cotton); his former spouse Ardith Swanson (Hathaway); and his sisters, Lillian Nuzzo-Mezzelo, Patricia Ryan and Grace Yamamoto.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Swanson (Kime); his daughter Rev. Charlene R. Schine-Gorman (Patrick) of Bradford; and his grandchildren, David Mollander, Michael Mollander, Elizabeth Mollander, Nancy Schine and Brian Schine.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at the 19th Funeral Home South Ave.
Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to the Grace Lutheran Church, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
