It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine E. Kelley Noring of Bradford, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 10, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kelley and Genevieve Kelley; her son Andrew Noring; and her siblings, Carol and Frank.
She is survived by: her daughter Barb Silvis; her grandchildren, Heather and Chad Dillaman (Krystle); her great grandchildren, Madison of Bradford, PA., Mersaydes of Bradford, PA., Regan of Bradford, PA., Landon of Bradford, PA., Alayna of Bradford, PA., Trey of Bradford, PA., Mia of Bradford, PA. and Brooklyn of Bradford, PA.; and her siblings, Marilyn of Ohio, Debra, Janet of New Castle, Dave of Georgia and Edward of New Castle.
