She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Rossman and Betty Rossman (Lounsberry); and her brother Steve Rossman. She is survived by: her friends, MaryJo Dalton and Deb Watkins; her husband Randy L. Belser; her daughters, Chrystal Rico (late Ryan) of Logan, IA and Melinda Pittman of Missouri Valley, IA; her brother Randy Rossman (Vicki) of Olean, NY; and her grandchildren, Tyler Baumann, Kasia Tallman, Keirstin Harkeroad, Ryder Harkleroad, JeremiahTallman and Theodore Tallman.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.
