She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Coy and Alice Coy (Gilmore); her former husband John Neil Fink; her husband Thomas Parrett; and her sisters, Etta Timblin and Sara Casper.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Wilson (Allen) of Bradford, Kevin Fink (Karen) of Bradford and Darin Fink (Joann) of Rixford; and her siblings, Robin Cramer of Spokane, WA, Joseph Burger of Kennedy, NY and John Burger of Jamestown, NY. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions if desired may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
