He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Palmer and Shirley O'Neil Palmer; his son Benjamin Palmer, Jr.; and his brothers, Scott Palmer and Larry Palmer.
He is survived by: his children, Kayla Palmer of Bradford, Ashley Palmer of Bradford and Ben Palmer (Kayla Leet) of Bradford; his grandchildren, Zachary Howard, Charleigh Bruno and River Palmer; and his former wife Vickie Clark of Bradford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family has asked for contributions to be made at a benefit being held for Ben's funeral expenses from 2:00 to 6:00 PM on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at the Bradford Eagles Club.
