He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph G. Slike (Marlene). He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Slike (Phetterplace); his children, Arthur Slike, Jr. (Amanda) of Franklin, IN, Natalie Mawn (Adrian) of Bradford, Kimberlie Johnson (Joel) of Leesburg, GA and Christopher Slike (Barb) of Lewis Run; his granddaughters, Madison Mawn, Maiya Johnson and Jillian Slike; his stepgranddaughters, Ashley Torrey and April Torrey; his brother Robert F. Slike, Jr. (Frances) of Bradford; and his sisters-in-law, Debra Phetterplace and Madeline Phetterplace. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
